If you acquire model output data via the WHOI CMIP5 Community Storage Server, we ask that you acknowledge us in the use of your data. This may be done by including the following text in any documents or publications using these data.
CMIP5 model output data provided by the WHOI CMIP5 Community Storage Server, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, Woods Hole, MA, USA from their website at http://cmip5.whoi.edu/ (WHOI internal use only).

In what format is CMIP5 data provided? All datum are provided, unmodified, in their native format, NetCDF (Network Common Data Format). NetCDF is a set of software libraries and self-describing, machine-independent data formats that support the creation, access, and sharing of array-oriented scientific data.
